Funding covers a Training Assistant post to assist with the introduction of the following:
• 1-1 coaching and mentoring
• Transitional support
• Practical skills training
• Accredited bespoke training
• Confidence building and personal development
• Job search activities, work experience and aftercare support
• Enhanced accredited literacy, numeracy and computing training
• Interview and CV skills
• Lifeskills, budgeting and health and safety
