This five-week pilot project was a high intensity, speaking and listening class where all learners were engaged in various activities. Eight experienced literacies volunteers with the ITALL qualification (Initial Training in Adult Literacies,) attended 2 x 2hour training sessions prior to the Talk-Talk course. On average seven volunteer tutors attended each week and were supported and guided by the Group Tutor.
