- The group meet every Thursday during term time in a room at the Maryhill Integration Network base. The meeting is publicised to migrants and refugees and potential volunteers across the city and via their Facebook page.
- Volunteers register their attendance at each session via a Google Poll, and are sent a document which explains what to expect and what is required of them, inc. guidance on what to/not talk about.
- Each session has c.10 volunteers to c.15 participants.
- Each session lasts two hours.
